• Landlord Certification:
With a Section 8 tenant in your investment property, rent is deposited directly, reliably to your account each month. First, though, you need to be certified as a landlord, and your property must pass inspection. Contact us to get certified as easily and quickly as possible.
If you are already qualified as a Section 8 landlord and want to list a new property, you will need to fill out this form (PDF, 74KB) and submit it, along with your Business Privilege License and a current Housing Inspection License for the property.
