The Managing Partner of Wise Acre Real Estate is Stephanie Frank Singer, Ph.D. She has over fifteen years' experience as a real estate investor and landlord. She earned her Ph.D. in Mathematics at the Courant Institute at New York University in 1991, and wrote two books on mathematical physics. She has extensive experience in data collection and analysis, and is Managing Partner of Campaign Scientific LLC.
